Bring a completed and signed Page Management application, and, if necessary, a guarantor application to Page Management Monday through Friday between 10:00AM and 3:00PM. You must bring your application with A deposit of one month’s rent ($200.00 must be in the form of cash, money order or official check).  Document of income. Upon receipt of your completed application and paperwork, you will be notified as to the status of your application.  You will be notified if a guarantor is needed.  Only one guarantor is necessary per apartment. For further details please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section).

After completing the above procedure, we will schedule a lease signing appointment. At that time you will be required to either bring a certified check, bank check, money order, traveler’s check, United States currency, or arrange for a wire transfer for your first month's rent and agreed upon security deposit. visit our Frequently Asked Questions section).
